From designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec and Kvadrat comes these wonderful Kvadrat Clouds.  Beautiful, but what do you do with them?

The Kvadrat Clouds are actually fabric tiles.  A system of rubber bands lets you connect them in various ways- like traditional tiles, wall art, or whatever else you can come up with.  If it comes from Kvadrat we know it’s good, and well the Bouroullecs are pretty awesome themselves.  Check out lots more from the Bouroullecs, Kvadrat, and more info on the Kvadrat Clouds.  That’s a lot of links!

Yup. Not sure why, but they are pretty cool nonetheless. The bendable bowls come from Luis Caicedo and are made of neoprene and aluminum.  These bowls are available in several colors and with your choice of 2, 3, or 4 wings.  Check them out here.

At first glance, this lamp looks like any other lamp. Cool looking, but nothing out of the ordinary. Start to examine the image below, though, and you will begin to see why this lamp is different.  It comes out of the base and you can take it with you. Use it in any room, as a flashlight, outside, inside, anywhere! Now that’s something unique.

After writing the first paragraph of this post, I looked back at Julien’s site to see if there was anything else I could add.  I noticed that under one of the product images, it says “With this personal work I wanted to create a simple and aesthetic lamp, hiding something more”.  Ha!  Glad to see I interpreted it correctly. I love when I’m right.  Seriously though, this lamp is pretty incredible. We have portable phones, why not portable lights? This just may be the next big thing. See more from Julien here.

Office space anyone?  As much as I don’t want to look at files when I get home, I think the concept for these table is pretty creative. This set of four small side tables is not only shaped like files, but more importantly when nested together (yes, we love nesting tables!) their tabbed design makes them easy to separate. and take out.

These tables are made from London based designer Dylan Freeth.  His website is definitely worth checking out.  In fact, once I got there I had a very hard time choosing just one item to post. Keep your eye on this guy, I think he’s up to big things!  Don’t forget to keep your eye on your red stapler too, they are in high demand.

With the Vase Maker, you can make anything in your home (within reason) into a vase.  I have to admit this is a pretty clever idea and something I probably would have never thought of myself.  I like the customization this allows, enabling you to transform a vase from something functional to a true working part of your décor.  I like the water bottle idea pictured here and I think wine bottles would also look great.  The possibilities are limitless it seems.
