Minakani brings us new wallpaper with very bold designs. At first, I wasn’t sure how I felt about such vivid imagery on the walls, but the more I looked at it the more I understood. There’s something for everyone here – something for the tech enthusiast, the nature lover, etc. That’s what I like about it; it enables every type of person to decorate their home in a way that truly expresses him/herself and to do it to the fullest. Check it out here.
I love the simplicity of this table, in that its design celebrates what makes its height adjustable rather than trying to hide it. The Screw Table comes to us from British design and manufacturing company Tom Dixon. It’s made from a cast iron tripod base with a white marble top. Simply spin the top and you can go from 55-84.5 centimeters tall. Be sure to check out these guys’ site (the company was actually co-established by Tom Dixon and David Blegg- hmm wonder how they agreed on that name then?) for a lot more great design work.

We’re almost to the weekend. Sounds like Sunday’s looking pretty good.
Ok so for April Fool’s Day I’m not going to play a joke on you and tell you I’m going to give you something for free (or an Eames Lounge in pink for $99 – yes Apartment Therapy I was curious and clicked the link..good one!) or make up something ridiculous (like a new line of made entirely of rat hair- Etsy), but I do hope to inspire a good laugh. Here it is, plain and simple-  Products with Hilarious Names. Don’t get me wrong, I actually really like all of these pieces. I just think someone in marketing needs another cup of coffee.

The Tress Lamp definitely looks different, but that’s what makes me so interested. The interwoven threads of this lamp are inspired by the texture of baskets, offering an interesting and unique feel while playing with full and empty spaces for something very visually interesting.
