Tired of looking at the metal units used to house electrical, telephone, and traffic signal equipment, Culver City decided it wanted to better integrate these necessary structures into its city landscape. It called upon UCLA MFA student Joshua Callaghan to accomplish this task. The result is what you see here.

Another great example of innovative lighting, take a look at the Beehouse Lamp. The idea combines crystal technology with a bee’s building process.
