With Summer approaching, I’m on a serious bar cart mission. After a recent trip to Colorado that involved a handful of delicious encounters with a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar, I’ve been inspired to recreate one of my own on a fabulous bar cart for our backyard. At the same time, I don’t want to break the bank on something I won’t use all that often, so I’ve been scouring craigslist with an open mind. Which means, I’m ready to break out the gold spray paint!

Recently we’ve talked a couple of times about wallpaper accent walls, but how about wallpaper on the ceiling? In this bright blue-green bedroom from the June/July 2010 issue of Lonny, that’s exactly what we get!

The bold walls of this bedroom coordinate perfectly with the patterned paper on the ceiling. In my opinion, at least. What’s your view on this room?

I know what you’re thinking, but I can’t help it. I LOVE pink! And being that there’s not a chance my fiance will ever allow me to have pink living room, I’ve got to live vicariously here! Maybe I’ll ask him if we can paint our entire living room like the last image here, just to see what he says. Or I could just paint it – April Fools Day is just right around the corner!
