Salad Dressings – Use apple cider vinegar to make healthy and light dressings for salad. Apple cider vinegar has a tastier flavor than white vinegar but also it is less pungent than balsamic. For a lighter flavor. Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices – a dash of salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and even a tiny bit of cayenne for a little extra kick. Shake together!
