We here at SixDifferentWays have always been big fans of the work of Charles and Ray Eames. (Even if you aren’t a fan of their work, their impact on 21st century design is undeniable). That’s why I was so happy to come across these Eames Chairs from Inmod.  Unlike most reproductions I’ve seen, these chairs are made from fiberglass like the originals.  The detail of the fiberglass’ surface texture adds so much to the beauty of these chairs and also makes them a lot more accurate to the originals. The Eames Fiberglass Chairs from Inmod come in a bunch of fun colors and in my opinion the price is definitely right. Depending on your choice of base, these chairs range in price from $299 to $349.
Inmod offers three versions of this Eames classic, the Eames Molded Fiberglass Armchair, the Eames Molded Fiberglass Rocker, and the Eames Molded Fiberglass Wire Base Chair. The only question I have is which one I should get first!
